Volunteer Verification (Voly)
All parents and mentors are required by LISD to complete the annual Voly background check in order to volunteer at robotics events.
Approval is valid for one school year, and must be renewed each fall.
Step 1: Apply for Voly
Please complete your Voly application at:
(Note: Voly approvals may take up to 2 weeks to process. Please apply early so you’re cleared before events begin.)
Step 2: Submit Your Approval
Once approved, please upload a screenshot or PDF of your Voly “My Applications” page showing Active/Approved status

If you have any trouble with Voly or uploading your approval, or if you don’t have a Google account, please email your Voly approval to board-sec@fmhsrobotics.com
